Shortly after accomplishing Cartagena phase 1, we realized phase 2: the expansion of the warehouse and office. Another 10.000 m² is built directly against the first warehouse, in mirror image and divided by a special fire wall.
Phase 2 includes:
2 additional floors on top of existing office
Special stairs made of steel with wooden steps
70 meter free span with special roof truss
16 loading docks and 2 overhead doors
PVC roof cover system with insulation
