Expansion of existing clinic with an extra floor on existing building and reconstruction of other floors/areas.
The new floor is for surgery for which special clean rooms were built.
The new floor is made of steel with a very light concrete floor (to reduce the weight); walls and roof are extra insulated with sandwich panels to realise an excellent conditioned temperature.
